In emergencies, please follow the driver’s instructions to assist.

お客様が優先になりので、時間厳守でお願いします。
出発時間内に連絡がない場合、または飛行機が遅延した場合は定刻で出発致します。
The Guest is a priority. Please be punctual.
If we receive no prior notice from you before departure,
Or if your flight is delayed, we will depart on time regardless.
