This service is available exclusively to guests staying at hotels within Niseko Village.
Bookings can be made via our website up to four days in advance.
Q. 新千歳空港の集合場所はどこですか？ / Where is the meeting point at New Chitose Airport?
国際線ターミナルのバス乗り場98番です。国際線到着口から2階へ上がり、中央の国内線ターミナル連絡通路を通って行きます。距離は少々ありますが動く歩道があるので荷物が多くてもそれほど大変ではありません。なおターミナル連絡バスなどは無く地上での移動は不可能です。
国際線で到着のお客様は２階到着ロビー前が集合場所です。点呼を取り揃いましたらバス乗り場へ移動します。
It is bus stop number 98 at the International Terminal. Go up to the second floor from the International Arrivals hall and proceed through the central connecting passageway to the Domestic Terminal. It is a bit of a walk, but there is a moving walkway, so it isn’t too difficult even if you have a lot of luggage. Please note that there are no shuttle buses between the terminals, so it is not possible to travel between them on the ground.
For passengers arriving on international flights, the meeting point is in front of the arrivals hall on the second floor. Once everyone has been accounted for, we will proceed to the bus stop.
Q. 飛行機到着が遅れました。待っていただけますか？ / The flight has been delayed. Could you wait for us?
As a general rule, we depart on time. If there are seats available on the next bus, we will arrange for you to board it; however, if no alternative is available, you will need to make your own way here using other means of transport, such as the JR.
Q. 席は指定席ですか？ / Are the seats reserved?
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not reserve seats in advance, but please do let us know if you require assistance due to a disability, such as if you use a wheelchair.
Q. トイレはありますか？ / Is there a toilet?
The coach is not equipped with a toilet. However, we will stop once along the way for a toilet break.
Q. 車内は飲食可能ですか？ / Is eating and drinking allowed on board?
Please refrain from eating or drinking anything other than water or tea. If you must bring in snacks for your children, please ensure they do not spill on the floor or seats. Soft-serve ice cream is not permitted.
Q. 動物を乗せてもいいですか？ / Is it OK to bring pets on board?
Pets are not permitted.
